\"Overthinking\" is an eerie, vulnerable, and almost desperate ballad. It captures the feeling of being an overthinker. Being swamped with your own bad thoughts that are often times untrue and needing reassurance from the person you’re thinking about. 

This song was so therapeutic and relieving to make. At the time, I was overwhelmed with emotions that I couldn't handle. I couldn't tell if what was going on in my mind was true or if I was just creating a false narrative in my head. 

Writing, recording and singing this song allowed me a moment of peace. I was understood and I was heard. For a moment, all that I was feeling made sense. For a moment, I was at ease. 

\"Overthinking\" is the perfect song for those whose mind wonders.
